Simpson grew up in Lakeland, Florida.  She graduated from Florida State University in 1999 and now resides in Bartow, Florida with her husband and three children.  She feels very blessed to be a stay at home mom.

Simpson has always had a love and appreciation for art and reading.  Her inspiration comes from her children and the countless books she has read to them.
