W. S. Sherrill is a famous waterfowl outfitter in the south region of Texas, covering Wharton, Pierce and the Hungerford prairies. When he is not busy with hunting season, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Peggy, fishing and gardening. Sherrill is a graduate of Sam Houston State University with a degree in industrial arts and education.

Aside from his waterfowl talents, he also paints a wide variety of waterfowl wildlife pictures.

Sherrill is the father of children’s author, Kaylyn Miska. Side-by-side their writing and artistry talents have greatly complemented each other to bring to life this hot pink hyena adventure!
